Woody Allen wrote both Bananas and Shadows and Fog. A talented screenwriter can do both slapstick comedy and atmospheric drama.
Yeah, anyone that thinks professionals in uniform act like professionals (or even grown ups) all the time clearly hasn't spent any time around the military. I've known Captains with fewer braincells than a fencepost, YOs that couldn't find their elbows with both hands, a Colonel that spent all day measuring their office furniture to make sure their desk and floorspace was bigger than anyone with a lower rank, a Lt Col with a weird grass obsession (don't ask), a Provosts that I'm pretty sure hadn't gone to work sober a day in his life, and so very many privates that clearly dropped out of school at the finger painting stage, with all the inane shenanigans that entails.Behind the scenes when that was being filmed, RDA asked General Ryan if there were any real Colonels in the USAF who acted like O'Neill. General Ryan sighed and said "there are many Colonels who act exactly like O'Neill. And many more who are even worse."
Heck, as I said before we have confirmation the characters won't act identical to how they do on LDS.So you don't think writers can change? Because part of being a writer is adapting to whatever you're working on.
Now, now...let's not be confusing people with facts...Heck, as I said before we have confirmation the characters won't act identical to how they do on LDS.

I stand corrected as I was not aware of the writers changing sides...bastard. They know what they did...No, of course the writer could shift gears. I was just pointing out the false premise of the question that referenced the SNW writers.
Twas a joke, Doc. No offense intended.I don’t think anyone is ignoring facts here. I stated my opinion and others responded to it with their opinions.
Who's writing it?The writer is from the LD staff.
Who's writing it?
I assume the would be (per Wikipedia) Episode 5 which is listed as being written by Lyn and SNW co-showrunner Henry Alonso Meyers.Kathryn Lynn.
For some reason, that's really making me laugh.a Lt Col with a weird grass obsession (don't ask),

Yes.Is it weird that I'm looking as much forward to next week's episode of The Ready Room, and its preview clip from the crossover episode, as I am for next week's episode itself?

Will we actually have a Ready Room next week? With the SAG strike, you can’t really have the actors promote stuff any more. It may have been pre-recorded, of course, but I’m unclear if even that is allowed to be shown. Is it weird that I'm looking as much forward to next week's episode of The Ready Room, and its preview clip from the crossover episode, as I am for next week's episode itself?
