If only the rest of the 2.5 hours ere up to that level and the Juliet/Sawyer reunion scene the finale would have easily earned an excellent from me. But if you look at the 2.5 hours as a whole it was a mixed bag and one or two strong scenes can't cover up a lot of bad in there.I keep thinking of Jack dying in the end, with Vincent curled up beside him. That's pretty strong stuff, right there.
