I'm a little disappointed we haven't seen "Zeb" in any of the flash sideways.

I know the actor is on that new show "Happy Town" but he was like Ben's right hand man on the Island. I just seem a little odd not to see him in some way again.

Yeah, Tom is one of many folks who've just disappeared lately. Of that group of Others, which were so important in the first 3 seasons, only Ben & Ethan have appeared this season, & I guess Juliet. Oh yeah, & the recently departed Aldo

The only Dharma people we've seen this season are Pierre Chang & Roger Linus

It's simple, really, The Island now exists in the same universe as 24. Space, time & traffic follow different laws in this reality. Just like Jack Bauer can drive across L.A. or New York city in rush hour in 10 minutes, the Losites can now cross the Island in a matter hours, rather then days. Maybe this "dimension jump" was caused by Desmond turning the failsafe key?
