Little does the MIB know that Lapidus is the Lawnmower Man and that Flocke is about to get pwned. 
Pissed for being killed off? I haven't seen her in anything since, so I doubt she's super busy.
Cuse and Lindelof have confirmed that she'll appear this season. She was filming a Tom Cruise movie earlier this year/end of last year, so supposedly she couldn't appear on Lost... even though it's not like she's the lead in a Tom Cruise/Cameron Diaz movie anyway.
Do we know how long Jin was detained?

I think I'm going with Sun and Jin doing the deed like crazy for a few days. It's a more fun explanation than continuity mistake.

This show has always played fast and loose with time. Scenes that seem to follow one after the other are played day-to-night. It's hard to tell how much time goes by and doesn't seem to make sense sometimes.
But anyway, maybe this isn't an error. Maybe it's a clue. Maybe what looks like 48 hours for Sun/Jin and a week for Locke is an indication that the alt-universe is not real, but is totally subjective for the people in it.

Remember the good old days when hiking to the Black Rock took a full day, or going to the Other's barracks was a two-three day journey? Back in the early seasons of this show it took a long time for them to get anywhere. Every place they had to go took a massive trek. They would have campfires and such.
Now days, they can be at the temple, then the Black Rock, then back at the beach in one afternoon. two people can carry Locke's dead body all the way from the "Foot" back to the Losties beach/graveyard, bury him and then still make it to the temple in one day. people go to and from the barracks so often it's like they moved it 50 miles closer to the main beach.
Hell, remember when the survivors were complaining that hiking to the caves from the beach was too long a trip. Good thing most of those people are now dead. They'd really hate all the quick time hiking they would have to be doing these episodes.

They know the Island very well now. They know the shortcuts and how short the series has left. They're walking very fast now as a result.
