Did anyone notice that someone in this episode looked familiar?
Well she looked familiar to me because I just saw her in the "Knight Rider" movie Sunday night. But yeah I recogonized her from TNG too.

When I saw that, I thought that seeing Aaron was simply reminding her of the kid she had.gh4chiefs said:

Another thing... I'm surprised that so many of you figured out that Aaron was her "son" before it was revealed. What tipped you off?
Can't speak for others, but I don't know what it was exactly, they just seemed to be telegraphing it with that scene between Kate and Claire and it just kind of came to me as to who her son might be.Interesting. That still seems like quite a leap.Emh said:
Several things for me. First off, Kate didn't want any public scrutinizing of him and based on how she reacted, it wasn't motherly protection. Secondly, the way the episode was constructed, I could tell they weren't going to show the kid until the end (and I knew they would based on the press release: nanny and child) and this told me there would be a big reveal at the end. With those two facts in mind, it seemed quite obvious the child had to be Aaron.Agent Richard07 said:

Yeah. When I first saw the lawyer, I thought... Who is that? I have to look her up.Ro_Laren said:

Then I realized it was Susan Gibney. She still looks great.
I was in the same boat. Familiar but not sure. There is certainly an alluring factor with her.Jenee said:

I wouldn't have known the actress's name, and it wasn't her looks so much that reminded me, more her mannerisms. But for the life of me I couldn't figure it out.
Thanks a lot.![]()

A random thought that struck me at interesting. And I think it was a line in the episode and not the preview for next week, but at one point Locke said "I'm here to protect this island". Protecting the island, not the people on it, the island itself.
Maybe it just shows Locke is stark raving mad, and maybe that's all it is, but I thought that was kind of interesting.

Maybe Jack was responsible for Claire's death or he couldn't save her and now (in the future) he can't face her motherless child. Jack is big on guilt.

What were Dan and Charlotte doing with the cards and why was Dan trying to recall them? remote viewing?

Do you think it's implied that Jack is the 'father' of Kate's child? They must know she wasn't pregnant when she left on 815, and supposedly 'Sawyer' never survived the crash, so he wouldn't be the father.
ABC moved into the 9-10 p.m. winners circle care of Lost at a healthy 13.53 million viewers and a 5.7/13 among adults 18-49.
...ABC’s Eli Stone (Viewers: 7.61 million; A18-49: 2.7/ 7), which lost more than half of the Lost audience in the demo
Even if time were moving slower, the rain falling and waves crashing would appear normal because they would have adjusted to the same rate as everything else on or near the island.Temis the Vorta said:
If time were moving slower on the Island to as much of a degree as indicated by the test, then Aaron should be older. (And rain should fall and waves crash noticeably slower, which we've seen they don't.) But if the offset is permanently 31 minutes, then he's 31 minutes younger than he should be, no big deal.
One of the things I noticed was the book that Locke brought to Ben to read - Valis by Philip K. Dick - definitely surreal reading - and probably says something about Locke's character, too, as it is a book that deals with life-changing revelations (if memory serves).
