So, why did Quark have to pay in the first scene to hear his mother's crimes? Or was it just a few bribes to smoothen the process so that he would have some leeway time to prepare himself?
(And yes, I know this ep is just meant as comedy relief so I shouldn't take anything too seriously, but still, it's little mysteries like these that keep nagging me
