Hated Rose and her obnoxious mum Jackie......
Martha also was like a goo goo eyed lovestruck teenager.. ick!
Donna was actually my favourite companion of those three. I loved Donna Noble
Teenager? Freema Ageyman was 27 when she filmed season 3 and given Martha was supposed to be a senior medical student, I'm guessing the character was meant to be in her early 20s at least.
Yeah I know but the way they wrote here she was sometimes annoying. Why did the companions all have to go goo goo at the Doctor?
Donna was and is still my favourite, and I have never been happy with what they did to her at the end. Poor thing.
I too think that it was really something under the blanket besides a kid. Everything was set up so that you get to have your cake and eat it too. If you want to believe the Doctor was right, there are clues left to point in that direction and if you don't want to believe it, then there are clues for that as well. I actually kind of liked the barn part myself.
The kid under the blanket was brilliantly done.
It was a combination of forced perspective abd major background blurring and lighting.
I think you can make just about anything look inhuman/unnatural that way.
