A few weeks ago I turned into Heroes and Icons for a few brief looks. They had an episode of TOS in the 8 PM timeslot. But when I turned it on again soon after 9 PM that TOS episode ws still on. And a I turned it on a few minutes later and they were already into a scene in a TNG episode. Worf and LaForge were in a chambr and Worf tottered and fell unconscious. LaForge called Sickbay for medics.
If was like someone played sections of the two epsodes out of order. Does anyone else remember this?

Well, that was possibly the nicest and most positive portrayal of a god-like alien on Star Trek. Possibly, difficult to tell with how often that plot element was used and re-used.

I rewatched PIC S02E09 Hide and Seek on Monday night ahead of tonight’s finale and the SNW series premiere.
"Strange New Worlds" - SNW
I watched the season finale of PIC, S02E10 Farewell, then immediately followed it up with the series premiere of SNW, S01E01 Strange New Worlds as soon as they were available on the AppleTV Paramount+ app.
