List Only! Last Star Trek Episode You Watched

DS9 "Change of Heart" on H&I.
This would have been a better time for Dax to die. Instead of just being at the wrong place at the wrong time and walking in on Dukat.

ENT - Doctor's Orders

Not a bad bottle show. It kept my attention at least. However, how come Phlox forgot that he'd put T'Pol in a coma?

A Taste of Armageddon (TOS) on All Access - one of my all-time favorites. Pretty much flies in the face of Gene's Vision(TM) as it came to evolve on the college lecture circuit after the fact, which is part of why I like it so much. Picard would never have inserted himself in the middle of the war as aggressively as Kirk did. I really do love TNG, but this is episode really captures what I think is a more realistic path to the optimistic future of Star Trek. Kirk sums it up with the line, "We can admit that we're killers, but we're not going to kill today. That's all it takes. Knowing that we won't kill today." TNG would have us believe that in 400 years we've simply evolved past that pettiness. TOS is more realistic in acknowledging there are things under the surface that will always be with us, but we can not only fight against those things, we can overcome those things.

Plus, Scotty delivers another of my all-time favorite lines, "The best diplomat I know is a fully activated phaser bank."

I've often thought the same thing. I suppose they didn't know for sure Terry Farrell was leaving when they produced the episode? It would have definitely been a better ending for her character, and great fuel for Worf.

Patterns of Force (TOS Blu-ray). It's ironic to see two Jewish actors playing characters who are pretending to be Nazis.
Trivia: most of the main and recurring Germans in Hogan's Heroes were played by Jews: Werner Klemperer (Klink), John Banner (Schultz), Leon Askin (Burkhalter) and Howard Caine (Hochstetter). The number of TOS guest stars that also appeared in HH is a subject unto itself.

^^ Underground agent "Tiger" is my favorite.
TOS "A Piece of the Action" on MeTV.
Always funny you can see the side of a soundstage in the background of one of the location shots.
This would have been a good place to revisit during TNG/DS9.

It was considered for the DS9 episode that eventually became "Trials and Tribble-lations". Marvel's Star Trek Quarterly (mid-1990's) sent the TNG crew back to Sigma Iotia.

DS9 "Wrongs Darker than Death or Night" on H&I.
Interesting turn at seeing Kira actually seeing what her Mother went through with the Cardassians.
