List Only! Last Star Trek Episode You Watched

TOS-r: Amok Time

"I had a most startling dream. You were trying to tell me something, but I couldn't hear you."

First episode watched after learning of Leonard's passing, and that line jumped out with significance.

I wonder if sisko is alluding to that when he says "Hammock time!" in Explorers.

I watched "Journey to Babel" last night, because I wanted a great Spock episode, but I wanted one where he was himself, and not one where he was strung out on spores or pon farr hormones or viruses or something.

That scene between Spock and Amanda in Spock's quarters gets me every time. How DID Mr. Nimoy manage to show us how hard all of this is for Spock, while still making him seem mostly impassive? He was such a fabulous actor.

Dangit. That's what I should've done. That's my next one. :)

Did a marathon today: "The Naked Time," "Journey to Babel," "Balance of Terror," and "Elaan of Troyius."

I'm curious -- what made you choose that particular line-up?

Mostly I've been focusing on "bottle shows" that are set almost entirely aboard the Enterprise, so I can concentrate on the sets and decor and the dynamics on the bridge. That three out of the four also showcased Leonard Nimoy was a happy accident.

("Elaan" is the exception there, since that's a pretty Kirk-centric episode.)
