Let's predict The Doctor's Demise!

The 10th Doctor has often seen on the verge of going too far (imo) take killing the Racnoss, and his face when Mr Cooper made his comment about what kind of a monster he'd be if he decided who lives or dies...well I'd like to see 10 go too far, and in effect have to regenerate to save his soul.

He'll probably go out battling a gazillion Daleks though...

The Doctor dying of old age seems like a "safe" choice to me, like they'd want to avoid a shocking demise because Tennant was so well liked. "Ohh, can't have that!"

What about a return of the Master? Let's say he returns somehow to wreak havoc in the 2009 Christmas special ("The Time Lord Who Stole Christmas"? :D) and in the end he and the Doctor fight each other very intensely, but this time it's the Master who gets the upper hand. While they are both severely damaged, the Doctor needs to regenerate. While this happens, the Master slinks away...

I would like to see Tennant & Simm on screen together again, as long as they dont age either of the this time. Why not have them both regenerate, and then the companion has to work out which is the Doctor?

Gas

The doctor eats so much on "The planet of Obesity" he has to expel all the gas.

Then hundreds of CGI Adipose and Daleks fights

This Doctor (all Doctors?) seems to have always had an audience for his world-saving. He seems to work well when there are onlookers to save and bystanders to impress. I'd like to see his demise be some desparate struggle. Just him and the enemy, and him losing with no fanfare or histrionics or commentary. That would be so out of character for him, and the way that death is, I suppose, just an individual facing down the big one with no way out. That's what I'd like to see. I don't think that will happen, though.

He'll die tragically saving River Song, the one true love of his life (invented by RTD and overlooking Rose, Jo, Sarah Jane...)

"He chokes to death aged 181, trying to remove a bra with his teeth."

Sorry, if you've not seen the "Cassandra" episode of the eighth series of Red Dwarf, that joke'll be lost on you!

It's a sexy way to die, as long as the teeth are still yours.

River Song was invented by Steven Moffat, and I for one see no reason for a man who's lived over 900 years to have only one true love.

I read this in a fanfic and thought it was funny so...

Mauled by a bear.

I like it!

Bears are godless killing machines.

I like the idea of a Master revival. But I like the thought of the bad guy winning. I'm assuming RTD would bring Jack back for the regeneration, and going by the Who theme it will all happen in London.

Sadly I have a bad feeling that his last words will be 'Rose...' :shifty:
