Have at it...

I've been trying, but I'm too much of a Photoshop amateur. how do you get rid of the green? Paint bucket gets most of it, but leaves a green fringe around the edges.

You might be better off downloading Paint.Net. You'll be able to select all the green and inverse the selection so you have her instead. And it's FREE.

Madeline: "I've got Gaila's Budget Starship Rentals on line three, Earl-- I mean... God."
God: "Not now, Madeline!"

Kira: "I don't care if the window is transparent aluminum, lady! We're trying to have a moment here!"
Jake: "Not now, Madeline!"

Try the magic eraser. If that doesn't work, I can e-mail you the .PSD file that DS9Sega sent me.

Thanks for the tip!

Can someone make a Madeline in BMP with nothing but a white background, so I can do it? :D

For those of us without professional programs, who also don't want to download anything.

Actualy you can remove the B/G just as easily in paint. Just select the green-color and the select the "other" cut/paste option. (The one that allows you to select a color and then move something you've "cut" and that color dosen't go with it.)

Err... that probably dosen't help at all. It can be done, though.

Trekker, technichal.

Photobucket won't let me upload my bmp image but if you pm me your email address I can email it to you... if you think it's worth the hassle...

Heck, just go into "Select->Color Range" and you're good to go.

How about in "A Fistful of Datas," when Picard keeps getting interrupted by everyone while playing his flute? After he sends Worf away he gets interrupted one more time... by Madeline!

Kahn: The young enter through the ear, and wrap themselves around the cerebral cortex. (Creepy music plays) This renders the victim extremely susceptible to suggestion. Later follows madness, and then... Not now, Madeline!

Elrond: The ring cannot be destroyed, Gimli son of Gloin, by any craft we here possess. It was made in the fires of Mount Doom, and only there can it be... Not now, Madeline!

Vader: Obi Wan never told you what happened to your father!
Luke: He told me enough! He told me you killed him!
Vader: No, I am your... Not now, Madeline!

Scarlett: I'll never be this hungry again! If I have to lie, cheat, steal, or kill, as God is my witness, I'll never... Not now, Madeline!

The fun for me is always to try to match the balance of the image so the character added doesn't stick out like a postage stamp. I had to add a lot of atmosphere to Madeline to get her behind that mountain...not to mention having to paint Spock out!

It's a very good job. Looks good and hazy where she is in the distance not to mention her right hand looks like it's holding on to the mountain. Nice work.

Meh...
Now, if someone could have Madeline sticking out of the wormhole...
All of DS9: NOT NOW, MADELINE!

Edit: I'm glad my niece isn't old enough to read yet! :o
