A friend just told me on Twitter that a friend of hers was at a presentation being given by Leonard Nimoy, and that he was ill and taken to the hospital. I can find nothing online about this. I hope its not true or that if so, he's ok.

Yeah it's true go to trekmovie.com he's had emergency surgey on a growth but he's making a good recovery.? Had to miss some cons in the states. Hope he gets well soon .?

Anyway, he was ill last night and couldn't appear at the MassMOca event which was a presentation on one of his photography projects, the one on "secret selves". The exhibit will be there for a while yet. I found it pretty interesting and encourage anyone to take the now extra beautiful drive if they're fairly close. I like how his art directly goes at the questions its going at.
Let's all wish him a good recovery.
He could have 20 years left for all we know! It's not that unusual for even very elderly people to be quite healthy.
