i think i'm more a fan of the legs than the headstones
The more pics I see of the two of them the less I'm looking forward to it. The scripts and actual finished episodes might blow me away but they're both just too bloody young for me and it's putting me off.
Seriously? I mean I can accept he's young (though only a couple of years younger than Davison if we're fair) but there have been plenty of companions her age.
I'm expecting him to be brilliant, but as we all must I'm gonna have to wait and see...

When Davison was cast, I was 9. Now I'm 36 and Smith is 26.
As for companions, again, it's an age issue. I can't relate to teenage or early 20s characters/actors. I've never liked kiddie companions. Especially ones with horrible wardrobes. Cowboy boots and skanky short shorts aren't my idea of appealing. It's all a matter of personal taste and visually, these two do nothing for me.
I do hope that's just my initial gut reaction to the set photos we're seeing. I really want to like S5.

well I must admit her wardrobe is a little strange, but I do kinda like it. As for him, I still love the look. He looks like the Doctor to me...it just remains to be seen if he can act like him.

And that is the question, isn't it. Can he act? And I hope he loses the hands clasped behind the back bit. IIRC, he's had that pose in a few photos and it really bugs me though I can't put my finger on why.

WEEELLLL....the thing about catflaps is that they don't just let things out....they let things in as well.
And i've met cat people, your nothing like them.
with the Sun you can never tell, but they're clearly for the actors to keep warm as we've seen Billie and Martha in them before as well as David occassionally (sometimes doesn't bother when he's wearing the mac)
God the Sun being even more dense than usual!
It's not a cat flap or a K9 flap btw. I can exclusively reveal that the 11th Doctor will travel with Amy and a tame Cybermat!
