Latest gas prices where you are thread

To my absolute delight this morning, the Thornton's in New Albany is $2.98 (and with the 3 cent discount they give for using a debit card, it's $2.95!). :D

Can't beat that. It's still $2.99 in north central Mass.

How long before people forget the phrase "energy independence?"

GasBuddy.com hows 2.85 as the lowest reported price in my city. If it keeps going down at this rate, by the time I need to get gas, it will be about 2.55.

Dropped to around $3.50 in and around Buffalo. That's pretty good. The Western New York area is normally above the national average, and my small suburb is at least 10 cents higher than that, guaranteed. The highest it got around here in the recent past was $4.30.

Gas prices have been going down nearly every day I notice. I paid $3.24 over the weekend, and today I saw it as low as $3.09.

You can thank NYS for all the lovely taxes they heap on every gallon for us being well above the national average. As an aside, with the price of crude rebounding in the market over last few days, has anyone else notice that gas has actually gone up slightly? Gas is back up to $3.57 a gallon in the Buffalo area as of this mornings commute.

I fill up about once a week on average and today was the first day in well over a year that it cost under £50. At it's worst, it was around £65, so I'm definitely feeling some relief at the recent weakness.
