Continental Divide. One of John Belushi's last movies, if not his last one.

We watched Change in the Air recently. It was...different. I loved it, but my daughter and husband thought it was quite bizarre.

Took the youngest nephew out to Kilgore the other night & we watched Jaws (1975) on the big screen. My first time seeing it in a theater, his first time seeing it.

Ong-Bak, Mothra vs. Godzilla, Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla, and Conan the Barbarian. It's been one of those days.

"13th", and I don't think I need to say how good this was. Followed by (well, a few hours later, really) the Shaw Brothers' "Five Deadly Venoms".

"The Wishing Forest". Short no-budget indy fantasy. Kinda studying no-budget fantasy for techniques and try and see what not to do or do differently. In this case, they dubbed a lot of the characters afterwards, and they do sound like they are in a room reading their lines instead of acting in the location. Another thing I'd do differently is to bring the color saturation down, as that not only creates the illusion of gritty reality, but it also can hide that all the costumes are new and made of modern fabric.
That said, have to note that the lead actress is a namesake, Karin Brauns.

Onward. I'm not sure what the issue was that people apparently have with it. I quite enjoyed it.

(TBF, I seem to be rather easy to please with movies in general.)

No issues, except that it's a computer cartoon. They are a dime a dozen these days and of no particular interest to me.

Sleepless in Seattle. Hadn't seen it in a long time.
I love that scene where Tom Hanks and Victor Garber are talking about The Dirty Dozen.

RoboCop 2. First time watching. Goes without saying that it's far from being as good as the first one, but there are some good parts to it.
