I specifically kept Karl Urban et all out of the voting (sorry, McCoy lovers!) just because I am more interested in the comparative interest in the sex appeal of Kirk or Spock.

Kirk. Definitely. (I honestly don't feel any attraction of any kind to Quinto or Quinto-as-Spock. I want to get it but, he is almost completely asexual to me.) McCoy, though, was also pretty spiffy. As were, well, most of the male characters (and Zoe S).

(TOS I'd vote Spock though, hands down.)
