My "one season doesn't always equal one year" theory is looking better all the time, isn't it? I know, because I've now been told, that they did make one season equal one year a lot, but there are exceptions, so maybe this is one of them.

But I'm just as happy to assume that Klingons, even part-Klingons, just mature at a different rate than humans.

What's that excuse Roddenberry used to give about stardates being adjusted for warp travel, or some crap? Maybe that applies here.
