Looks kind of like 32255 or something to me.

It was actually to identify the license plate numbers... Come to think of it, it looks kind of like an old boy scout uniform... which would reference "Jim was a lot of things but he was never a boy scout"..... anyways, its a clip of the license plate on that red car he joy rides. I'd also like to know what kind of car it was...

Is that from a DVD screenshot? If so, I think you could get a clearer visual from the blu ray.
