Kirk or Picard

Hulk pick Kirk. Picard is better actor, but Kirk is much more fun to watch.

Kirk is most famous for cartoony overacting, getting his troops killed, and being made a punch line by pop culture. Picard is famous for thoughtful, intelligent leadership and being a skilled diplomat. Picard is the obvious choice for no other reason then that he was not the one who inspired Zap Brannigan.
