Key "arc" episodes of DS9?

New Zealand television is about to start broadcasting Star Trek after a drought of a couple of years. TOS, TNG and DS9 will all play back to back Saturday nights (and repeated Sunday mornings) on a new (and very awesome) channel on Sky TV.

I've never been able to get into DS9, mostly due to scheduling or financial issues. I watched and am very familiar with the first season but once season two hit I started college and never really had chance to follow (in my spare time I picked Voyager and Babylon 5... yeah that's gonna get me fans).

So it's starting again from Emissary. Just wondering what the key episodes I should make sure I definitely watch are, either your favourites or ones crucial to the Dominion war.
