Kelven 2X my size

In the episode Time's orphan, Worf says that defeated two 'kelvens twice my size'....Are there other kelvens in the Star Trek universe other than the ones that tried to hijack kirk and his crew in By Any Other Name???

I imagine this reference is to those very same Kelvans. Perhaps some more of them showed up and they were hostile, or the ones we saw before had some kids who got rowdy. Amazing that Worf could defeat them considering how they were described, but hey, everyone's got a vulnerability.
