Karl should do an American weekly TV show. There. I said it. Pay him enough and give him good scripts. And I'll watch it.

Comedy or drama? Sci-fi?
Science fiction or suspense drama along the lines of, say, LOST.
I want to see him do a comedy. Or a dramedy.
So long as it's not too cheesy or slapsticky I think it could work. Problem with so many current network sitcoms and dramedies is they're either TOO safe, generic and bland or too over-the-top and annoying so Karl would have to pick wisely.

^If he's home in New Zealand, he's already done it. Driving to work this morning at 7 am (EST), CBS News said that NZ was one of the first countries to see in the New Year, and that their midnight had been an hour before that (so 6 am EST).
