Just a though that came to my mind...

I just rewatched "Empok Nor" and wondered... what if the Dominion would have heard about that experiment?
They surly would have liked it, after all its very Jem Hadarish. Imagine they would have "motivated" the Cardassian Military that way (imagined of course they could have controlled them)... what would that have meant for the war and Cardassia?

I don't think the Dominion would need to go that far. They tell the Jemmies to stay, they stay, further brain washing isn't needed. If a place was that important, they'd keep it, if not, a couple of traps or they'd destroy it probably... or just not care?

Given the experiment worked by heightening the Cardassians' xenophobia I don't think the Dominion would be too fond of the idea. Having millions of soldiers that want to kill all non-Cardassians isn't going to make a very stable environment for the Vorta, Founders and Jem'Hadar.

My thoughts exactly.

If they were able to exclude the Vorta, Jemmies and the Founders from the list of hated species, I believe they would go for it, but I don't know how they could exclude them.

I wonder why they left those Cardassians in stasis, instead of eliminating them. Did they hope to use them in future, perhaps?

^ Maybe just so they could do what they did in the ep, mess up nosy-nellies that came to the station.

The Founders might use the drug on the Jems, but a drug that could turn your troops into berzerkers seems more of a Cardie thing to do. Too chaotic for the Founders. They're all about control.

And the Jems being on a drug that caused you to kill any member of a different species would not be good news for the Vorta. They've got a tough enough job as it is. :D
