It's been years since I've seen a Voyager episode. I stopped watching the show in the middle of the second season, so I didn't catch onto Janeway's habits. I've seen so many mentions of Janeway and coffee, so I wondered. What's up with that?

She really likes Coffee. What more is there to know?
Kind of a trademark? Like Picard's Earl Grey tea?
Pretty much, yeah. They make a pretty big deal about her love/need for coffee throughout the series.
And there is the famous "There's coffee in that nebula" quote, when they are trying to recharge their energy reserves (more energy to operate replicators = more coffee for Janeway
