I'd like to see Daniel Craig do one more. I think his publicized sour mood was due to media PR and interview fatigue.
Nah, he's a self important actor who thinks it's beneath him, despite it having made his career. There's a big part of him that wants the chance to do more important 'work'.
I'll forgive him that as he's probably the best Bond we've had. On a par with Connery at least.
Speaking of Connery -
About twenty years ago, I really wanted one more Connery film. Basically, a Dark Knight Returns sort of film -- Bond has retired, he's out of the game, and he gets drawn back in for one more mission. Something really brutal and uncompromising. Think Unforgiven, but James Bond instead of a western.
I'd settle for a new version of the existing NSNA (as I think its it's owned by Eon now) - take the opening credit scenes and put them before a proper title sequencein a traditional Bond manner, re score it to include the classic Bond themes and tweak the edit to make it clear Spectre are getting desperate and trying the same trick again...
