Jadzia or Ezri?

I both Dax hosts... but I leaned more towards Jadzia because of her humor and attitude.

Ezri. She was better written, managed a character arc in the one season they had for her and much more interesting character overall. The fact that Nicole deBoer is a gorgeous gamine pixie with amazingly pretty eyes doesn't hurt.

I liked them both, though in the relaunch novels, Ezri tends to be a bit annoying as of what I have read so far.

It may seem shallow, but I chose Jadzia because Ezri has the body of a 12 year old and a cartoon sized head.

I preferred the fun-loving and eternally worf-confounding Jadzia to the insecure and whiny Ezri.

I dunno, whenever DS9 went off the air. She's obviously older than 12, but it's like someone forgot to tell her body what puberty was, because she may have well been a little boy.

To be honest, I wasn't very fond of Jadzia at first. It wasn't until I had watched the series again that I began to really appreciate her as Jadzia Dax and as an actress. Moreover, I really missed her in Season 7 and was NOT liking Ezri at all. I think she was very annoying and definitely not attractive for my taste. The "filler" episodes in Season 7 that featured her in the main plot were not very good IMHO. No offense to any Ezri fans, but she just didn't click with me.

i think I prefered Ezri simply because she was a bit shy, unsure of herself and at the time DS9 was on I think it reminded me a little of me, except she has breasts and is a lot hotter :-)

I truly loved them both, but I picked Ezri. I'm a fan of the books so Ezri has been my Dax for a long time now, and I'm looking forward to all her future adventures.
