I never said that Jeri hated Kate, which leads me to another question: did Kate hate Jeri because her character resulted in the firing of Jennifer Lien or did she actually hate Jeri?

I do know part of the reason was because Kate wanted to prove to everyone that there could be a show with a strong female lead who didn't use their sexuality to get ahead, and then there's this sexy space girl who kind of defeats the purpose.

That I understand but it's not a reason to hate the actress, it's the writers and producers who are to blame.

Also, back to my original question: any known evidence that Jeri and Roxann got along or not?

\My point being, ANY time you are in a creative environment where there are egos involved (and in a creative environment no matter how well you work together on the goal, there are always egos involved), there is going to be that kind of tension in those situations.

When I read Kate's and Jeri's sides to the story, it made complete sense to me. I know it's bad to say, but when I hear both of them I understand where each of them are coming from. I think it would have been good for everyone to put aside their egos and loyalties and work on the product, but I understand the unfortunate emotion of not being able to hold in your bitterness. She probably feels bad about it.
