I lost interest in having sex with others... but that's because my attention is on my 'significant other to be'.
Still, in your case, it's possible it's a combination of factors.
Being overweight can cause depression which in turn could translate into a lack of interest when it comes to multiple aspects... sex included.
Though it may also not be the case.
If you have masturbated on a frequent basis for example, you could have reached a point of 'saturation' (porn can do this as well).
Perhaps you could try shifting your attention to something else.
Maybe you could try losing some of that weight, exercise, etc... it might help restore your sex drive (a lot of individuals who don't exercise on a frequent basis suffer from lack of sexual drive - then again, it can also be a pure mental thing - psychosomatic response).

Join a club - perhaps a fitness one. You're not over the hill. And stop thinking about sex all the time.
Particularly if you are are at a hotel somewhere and don't have to worry if the sheets get a little goopy since someone else will simply replace them later in the day.
I'm still very interested in sex, but sex hasn't had any interest in me for quite a lot of years.

This happens to every guy. Why do you think Viagra is a multi-billion dollar selling pharmaceutical? Then he just realized he could be arguing with a lamp post and the outcome would be the same. The lamp will never post in this thread again.
You made good points. I just thought the sex drive started to slow down in your 40's not your 30's. Thing is I don't miss it that much. I enjoy life right now more than I was a few years ago.

I was and still am a virgin. Use to be not by my choice but lately I don't seem to care anymore about it. I think alot of it has to do with my sister moving back to Oklahoma with her kids. She lives with me and my mom so I have alot of company and don't feel as lonely as I use to. Plus in a wierd way it helped that I got fired from my job when Iwent into the mental hospital. I never had a day off and worked the night shift so I was all messed around
