Is Voyager Your Favorite Trek Series?

Absolutely. I just like the characters more. I have a feeling that Voyager's stock is only going to go up as people rewatch all these shows.
When I added these shows to my Netflix, I did not expect to be so into Voyager but it won me over really fast. I don't really like TOS much anymore. TNG has some good episodes but the characters can be pretty stuffy. I stuck up for Enterprise when it was on the air, but now I think it was just a half-hearted attempt at a reboot.
Anyway, I'm only partway through season 2 on my viewing but based on this, Voyager really won me over.

Voyager may not be the drama series of DS9 or the Seriously smart of TNG but it's somewhere in between. When it is smart...its really SMART and the characters are always likeable. I liked women in strong roles, I loved Torres, Seven and Janeway...I loved the dedication and I really loved the ship and I loved the pet vulcan thing...

Yes. I love Voyager, maybe because it has a female captain and it's so different, since it placed in the Delta Quadrant etc. My list would be:

Voyager, Deep Space 9, TNG, TOS and ENT.

TOS is my sentimental favorite, and VOY is my contemporary favorite; but I watch and enjoy them all. I have all the DVD's of all the series, and I watch them in a row. Presently I'm in DS-9 season 3, after starting with the TOS blu-ray set this time. (I admit, I watched the blu-rays twice since they were new before going on to STNG.)

I wish they would make Blu-ray DS9 but somehow I do not think it is going to happen simply because there probably no money in it for the big boys in Hollywood

Unfortunately, the problem is technical. All the special effects would have to be redone:

"...Voyager (as well as The Next Generation and Deep Space Nine) were edited entirely in standard definition, so creating a high definition version for Blu-ray would require going back to the original film elements, re-editing the episodes together, and re-doing all special effects..."

Every episode has had more character moments, drama, action....what seems obvious upon viewing this show next to the other Star Trek series is that Voyager is the show that is consistently GOOD!

VOY, TOS, DS9, TNG, ENT

All series have their weak/strong plots. VOY was the most human, TOS was just ....TOS, DS9 had nice philosophies, TNG was way too stuffy and serious (as was TOS but they had the Kirk/Spock/McCoy interplay) and ENT wasn't very good.

No, sadly it is not my favorite series.

For me, it's TOS/TAS/DS9, TNG followed by VOY.

However, I still really enjoyed Voyager. The crew just seemed much closer and overall more likable than any of the other crews. I just really hate what Voyager did with the Borg.
