Watching my savegames syncing on Prey and it took 5 minutes to synch savegames.

Depends on your connection speed? When was the last time you rebooted your router? Whenever things feel slow, rebooting the router usually helps.
Every day. I turn everything off before I go to bed so it's rebooted every day. My speed on steam downloading games is 1.1 mb/s. Most, in fact nearly all my games synch way faster then this, it's only this particular game and maybe Just Cause 3 have been this slow. Everything else just moves along.

Hmm, that's odd that it would only be that particular game. The other thing I was possibly thinking was changing over to a different Steam server, but seeing as it's the only game, it doesn't seem like it would help much. The only other thing I can think of is the save file size. Maybe the Just Cause saves are just naturally large?
