Logically such thing must be impossible. If it was possible, the multiverse would have been destroyed already.Yes but I'm sure in some reality someone could create a doomsday device that could destroy the multiverse without it.

At least this so-called TNG clone has a science advisor as one of its producer,So.. Star Trek after TNG?

Exactly.
The Mycellum Network is the force, and it protects itself by manipulating others. Bam.
I agree, it's dumb.
(I don't usually use emotes, but this time I felt that this one sufficiently encapsulated my feelings on the matter.)
They had a science advisor on TNG.
That isn't the point. And they never had bad science because of it.

I think it is madder. Whether it is sufficiently madder to bother someone is up to the individual. What is the point? Star Trek has never striven for scientific realism in the way it pretends to. Spore network is no madder than warp drive, slipstream or warp catapult, all under the watchful eye of Andre Bormanis.

Quantum-interphase-technobabble-reversal-field combined with matter/anti-matter containment field failure (aka, self-destruct) during an ion storm. Voilà, reset button! How to reset short of time travel or Q?
I want to see a reset back to pre-BoBS, just to see the reaction of the Interwebs to seeing whole season 1 of the first Star Trek series in 12 years wiped out. Seriously, I really want to see it!Reset buttons are like any other cliche, they're just fine when we like the outcome and horrible when we don't. LOL
Unless Stamets was ... wrong.Using the mycelial network threatened life in not just the PU and MU, but all universes
Haven't seen you in a while. *waves*I doubt they'd reset the whole season but maybe just the last nine months. We'll have to see.

I'm cheered by the content of episode 14, on the subject of resets. They seemed to be taking us in a different direction after heavily signposting the time machine last episode. It also felt like they backtracked on the severity of the war, but that may just be Saru being a drama queen the week before.
