No. I was going to say that it was my favorite show about people trapped on an island, but then I remembered Gilligan's Island. 
I like it lots, but once it's finished, and all the mysteries revealed, I'm not sure how much of a rewatchability factor it will have for me. I find myself with very little urge to watch highly serialized or arc driven shows once they are done.
It may be in the top ten of shows I enjoyed during initial run, and I do think Lost's pilot may tie "The Cage" as highest quality pilot episode of a series.
