Ya, if your talking about the mandarin I think the ''Foo-manchu'' look would HAVE to go, I mean that look is so offensive that I'm offended, and I'm not even CHINESE!

the villains in this are Sam Rockwell as Justin Hammer, Scarlett Johannson as Black Widow and Mickey as Whiplash

The movie seems to have, well, attempted to polish crap and they did make it a bit more appealing....

The Mandarin is the only one worth mentioning. I'm really suprised they aren't using him for the sequel. They better not be saving The Mandarin for the Avengers movie because that has a good chance of never being made.
Well, Crimson Dynamo, Titanium Man, Mandarin and Iron Monger are all good villains. It's just that they killed off Stane in his first time out as Iron Monger (he was a normal villain before that) and the Crimson Dynamo and Titanium Man are legacy villains (multiple people taking the name) so there's no worries over either of them suffering motive decay (so many people would have different goals).

If he's a mercenary, the character is basically identical to Whiplash, the only difference being that Whiplash doesn't wear an armor which 1) allows us to see Mickey Rourke's face and 2) makes him different from the first movie's villain.
