Instagram Help

I recently signed up for Instagram, and for some reason when I try and watch videos on other people's pages, the sound won't work. Every time I hit the button to unmute, it just jumps the video down lower on the page, and stays muted. The sound works fine if it comes up on my homepage, or if I go to reels or IGTV. Is there anyway to fix this?

First try clearing the cache and logging out and in again.
