How about http://www.trek-rpg.net

It's for the RPG, but there is so much more to this site (even if it hasn't been updated in a while-- it went through a change of hands and hasn't fully recovered yet).

Re: Information on Star Trek Computer Games in her

Man, this is awesome. One of the websites had a download of some old shareware Trek game. This brought back a flood of memories of EGA-Trek, which was the first Star Trek game I ever played back when I was younger, and quite possibly the very first computer game at all, with the exception of solitaire. So I googled it, thankful that it had such a memorable yet unique name, and I found a downloadable version. Actually, you can download it all over the net, but I found a version that came before the author took away all the Star Trek references (you fight "Mongul" ships in the later version). Anyway, I played it, and it brought back wonderful memories of my childhood, so I just wanted to say thank you to Daedalus5 especially, who posted the link that gave me the idea to look up EGA-Trek again.

Re: Star Trek Games Wiki

Does anyone know where I can download the full versions of A Final Unity and Judgment Rites? I've bought the games but they won't work. I've tried all of your suggestions.

Sorry, you can't talk about that here. It's illegal.

yesss.just the forum i need, hope someone can help me. i own bridge commander and i love it, but ive played it a lot by now, so its a little old...but now im seeing all these new bc ships, shields, weapons, ect for bc online and it looks super! it says you can download them, but it says they're "mods". i know this is a bit of a stupid question, but what is a mod? if i download it, will i still be able to play the game normally, against others online and will i be able to still play the single playor missions? or will it permenantly change the game? thanks...

"Mod" is short for "modification". The best place to go for downloadable for BC is BC Files.

In order to play online, you have to have all the same stuff as the server you wish to join, no more and no less. Many people create multiple installations of the game on their comps so they can play on more servers.

You can still play the single-player missions.

Yeah Im getting Xbox 360, and thank God, Star Trek: Legacy is coming to it!(In September BTW) ;)

This will be the "Must-buy" game for me this year, and the ultimate Trek game. Wow, im so psyched! It will be awesome for Xbox Live too.

classic Trek universe.. Why can't they do a classic trek role playing game.. I swear some of the older games even the ascii ones were quite enjoyable.

Starfleet Command I, II, and Orion Pirates; and Klingon Academy. Ymm. I've never played 25th anniversary or Judgement Rites. :(

Star Trek: Legacy has the best TOS Constitution done so far. The only one who tops this is Adam Turner for the SFU Federation Commander covers.

Don't suppose anyone knows of any addons or the like for 25th Anniversary or Judgement Rites? What great games.
