Indian Terminators?

Caliburn24

I found this on Youtube, just watch the first minute of it and if you're not intrigued enough to watch the rest, don't do it. It is some of the action scenes of an Indian science fiction movie, and just to make it a little bit more surreal it has Russian dubbing.

Okay, so uh, what did you think?

I can't decide whether to laugh or cry.

But it was pure cheesy awesomeness!

Michael Bay is torn apart by jealousy!

I can't even begin to describe the awesomeness.. it's like some stoners decided to spend several millions on an action movie and were stoned throughout the entire movie process.

I take it there are some cultural differences between Western and Indian movies when it comes to storytelling and acting, but it's great to see that awesomeness is universal! :techman:

It's the best film about a giant machine-gun-tongued cobra comprised of hundreds of chubby skunk-haired robots I've ever seen.

If you watch Part 1, there was a Borg Cube too, so bonus points for appealing to Trekkies:

Aishwarya Rai is hot, and the action is of the awesomely bad variety. I like that they got a Wilhelm scream in there as well.

:watches video:

Ohh, India. Don't stop being insane, okay?

Wow, okay that was insane and ridiculous but at the same time kind-of awesome.

It should really be against board rules to post an image like that.

It should really be against board rules to post an image like that.

Explain.

It's a screenshot of a YouTube video. Do you know how many times I clicked on the "Play" button to no avail growing more and more frustrated like a chimp locked in a cell with a piece of luggage before realizing it was a screenshot?

Had to be at least, I dunno, five times.

Since the window when you embed a YouTube video here is much smaller, shows the video title plus a clickable YouTube logo, and has a big "play" button right in the middle of it, I took it on faith that anyone who has been longer than five minutes would be able to tell the difference. Plus, you can't pause at some random point in the video and embed it here to show people that specific frame. It shows the video's thumbnail image and only starts from the very beginning.

You'd think you would catch on after the first or second time clicking the picture, and definitely wouldn't point out your mistake to everyone and make ridiculous calls for it to be banned under the board rules. How often does posting those types of pics happen; once, twice a month?

These are both just pictures by the way, to show you the difference, so don't click on them:

It was 7AM not all of my neurons had booted up.

It should be against board rules to be that stupid.

To save you reading my post 5 times I was talking about you

Ok, I did click it once after reading your post wondering what you you were talking about :klingon:

That movie looks really fun. Reminds me of something crazy out of Japan, except done 10 times better.
