Might trick it out with a high performance engine and some mag wheels and drive it around the neighbourhood...a couple of donuts in someone's back yard.. Already picked out a disco ball and black fuzzy dice. It will be great for grocery shopping and getting my gear to gigs.

Functional? As in replace the marine plywood hull with tritanium and duranium? Put warp coils in those nacelles? A phaser locker in the inner hull?![]()
Take note that, when seated, the windshield is at least a foot above your eye level. And there's zero side or rear view.
You bet...but what great models! I know the guy (Bill George) who does that site, and I've seen those models in person. The 2001 spaceplane model's three feet long, and the Eagle is SIX!
