I'm glad I'll never have to walk into your store.

No shit. If I sense attitude, I don't care what else about the store might have been great. I will pay more, go out of my way, not to deal with a rotten attitude.

hellsgate--If you're that bitter, please do yourself and your customers a favor and seek a line of work more suited to you.

The best way to help out an "Impolite Employee" is to ask to see thier supervisor.

Exactly. Though I will say to this that it is best, if you do this, to couch things in a non-rude manner. Be better than the person you're having the problem with. Don't launch into an attack of your own...just state the facts.

I'd probably do the same thing as well..if she did it more than once that is. I was talking to another lady the other day(who works with her) and she said that the lady is getting married for the fourth time soon. That could have been why she was so rude and inconsiderate cause she was stressed out about that. But I don't care how angry I am, I don't take it out on customers. Or at least, I would try not to.
