Just jumping in here, but I would do something with the Klingons. Since they're always getting their asses kicked, I'd make them wear Toronto Maple Leaf uniforms.
Wonder if they'll ever give them uniforms that would have a sort of smart camouflage built into them? They could retain the colour scheme for onship work but would adjust to blend into the surroundings of any planet they'd land on. I'm sure such a thing will have been invented long before the 23rd century (if it hasn't already).
And thus the human race becomes walking televisions. Here is a prediction: with LCD screens becoming thinner and more flexible, I feel that in the near future we will see tee shirts that may have a built-in lcd screen on front and back for personal display purposes, advertising, etc.

Nooooooo! Fugliest uniforms ever. They look like really cheap, nasty, ill-fitting fakes of the (very cool) USS Kelvin uniforms. In fact, in "Endgame", the EMH kinda looks like he wearing a really bad Captain Robau halloween costume. Then for VII and VIII, IX and X the All Good Things uniforms.

I just saw a company that does just that with tanks... They plastered the outter hull in little devices with thermal control properties. A computer takes sensor readings of the tank's surroundings, and matches the thermal properties to the tank, making it pretty much invisible to thermal detection.
Or something like that.
Any which way, it was really cool to see. First there's a thermal image of a tank amongst some flora- then it's gone!
