If your house was on fire and you only had time to grab two things, what would you grab. And, of course, all the people and pets in the house were already outside.

I came up with the first thing right off, but man I had a hard time deciding on the second thing.

My purse, because hey it's a pain to get everything replaced, and the second item would have to be my disk holder because those disks have all the pictures of family I've gathered through the years!

My guitar and my MP3 player. My guitar so I can sing a campfire song and my MP3 player because I have a lot of music on there and that'd be a pain in the ass to replace.

My computer tower, or if that was too much trouble, my external hard drive that I back everything up to. What's the point of surviving without my precious computer data?

I can't pick a second item. Everything else is about equally important, so I couldn't pick one above the rest. Somehow I doubt I'd manage to haul my 50lb MIDI keyboard with me, especially with the other hand carrying my other item. Maybe I'll just be boring and say wallet, although that should count as a default item.
