If you had to pick your two favorite Voyager Episodes....

Blood Fever and Timeless
I love the part in Timeless when Old Harry realizes "oh snap, the data I spent the last 10 years figuring out didn't work!" with just 1 minute until the Delta Flyer is going to explode. Then he's like "wait, I'll just disperse the slipstream" and then he sends the data, yells "YES!" and the Flyer explodes. Awesome.
I like Blood Fever because I think they did an excellent job addressing the issues of sexuallity and sexual frustration, and also I love B'Elanna episodes.

I donno how well they "represent" the show but my faves are Course: Oblivion and Muse.

"Living Witness" to win, place, and show. As other people have noted, that episode was simply awesome. However, since you need two, I have to put in a good word for "One Small Step," which is about courage, and the sense of wonder, and about honoring those who made us what we are. It's quintessential Trek. And it's on the extremely short list of Treks (along with TWOK and DS9's "The Visitor") that made me cry.

I'm struggling to pick two favourites just from the two parters (can't decide between Year Of Hell, Scorpion and Endgame), so I don't stand a chance when I consider all the other episodes.
