The Forbidden Lands of Shadow Of The Colossus. Except I'd leave the Colossi alone and just enjoy the vast, quiet sprawling landscape. Sometimes I do that when I just want to relax. Just wander the map at a leisurely pace.

Going way back, I'd love to wander the Great Underground Empire from the old Zork text adventures. Another sprawling, quiet (well mostly so) place full of the remains of the once great Empire.
