I'd pay real money to be about 75 lbs lighter.
Seems like the right place for a "reduce my penis size, so I'm not scaring off the ladies" joke, right?
Seriously, I don't know. Could lose 10-15 lbs to be a little more 'cut', but not upset at current weight/height (5'10", 175lbs). Maybe just slightly better health in general? Joints aren't in such great shape (poor knees, ankles, and had surgery for a torn rotator cuff in shoulder last year).
No kidding. Didn't say it was NEEDED, either, just saying I could lose a few, since people were talking about weights. Generally happy with my body, though. Decent height/weight, looks, general functionality. You win a free surgical procedure, and all you want is to lose 10 lbs?! LAME. Do that on your own.
God, ain't that the truth. I'm gargantuan from the waist up, but I'm a pipsqueak from the waist down. If I could shave three inches from my torso and give an inch to my legs, I'd be a lot more proportionate.I'd first go with losing weight, but I'm getting there pretty well by now. So I'd chose to be about 3-4 inches shorter, or at least a shorter torso. That way I'd be more comfortable in more cars and would be able to find clothes easier.
Fix my eyes so I don't have to wear glasses anymore.
Same here. Unfortunately my eyesight is still in flux and keeps gradually getting worse, so they don't want to do Lasik under those conditions. I suppose another method might work, though.

Well, it's not easily fixed by one procedure, but I wouldn't mind being a few inches taller. I have no issue with being a shorty, but sometimes it would be useful to be able to take things from the upper shelves at the supermarket without asking someone else to do it for me.
