I would like a DVD movie to fix TATV. That ep left a bitter taste in my mouth about both of my fav ST series ENT and TNG. I am still angry about that ep now.

Sorry I didn't mean to make you upset. I was only trying to say that the death of Trip was not what I wanted to see, now if it where Hoshi or Travis, I think that would have been ok. The reason I say this is because they were main characters the show could afford to lose (not that there characters were bad, just not as good as others).
That's a very good point, especially the more time passes. I doubt anyone wants Trek to make the same mistake as squeezing Frakes back into his 1993 costume... That attracted valid critism because of continuity errors with 'The Pegasus'. So that "lost years" window of opportunity ends around 2011, then (miracles in make-up not withstanding) it would have to be set after the finale.Trekwatcher said:
I feel mixed on this. TATV, as much as it grated on me, was clearly the series finale. I would love an ENT miniseries or movie, but would like it to be something that took place after TATV so that they could convey a sense of time passing. The actors will have aged a bit, and they could use that to their advantage. Something related to the Romulan War, possibly the buildup, or even the war itself would be great, and would really have a lot of punch for the fans.
