Based on Voyagers' lack of dimension in character, I think the crew will simply follow suit; Janeway is so dominating of a character I doubt anyone else would dispute her rule. She could end up being the living, breathing Bride of Chaotica in color unfiltered. I thought Seven of 9 would challenge her but there's been eps where she's expressed a tender personality than what she normally poses. The Doctor could be manipulated through programming, and if Torres reverts to a savage beast then no one will listen to her. Neelix is Mr. Nice guy, so I think he might be the person to aid Janeway to guide the crew to fall in line. Tuvok will fall in line with the dominant character and search for pictures and simply suggest Janeway and him are close friends--maybe even intimate. Kes would not know she had superpowers so it wouldnt be a factor.
