IDW revisiting Mirror Universe

Does anyone know when they usually add FCBD issues to Comixology or other e-book/digital comics stores? I check this morning and they're not up, but I have gotten them in the past, so I know they usually add them eventually?
Is the FCBD Mirror Broken story it's own separate thing or a preview of issues #1?

I grabbed it on Saturday, but I haven't read it yet. Got a set of Top 10 issues I want to get through first.
If I decide not to go the digital route... does IDW typically put their FCBD exclusives in their TP compilations?
I imagine this would be in the Broken Mirror collection. The story pages, at least. Half of the issue is behind-the-scenes material or ads/promo material for the other Star Trek comics they publish.
I just checked old Rocket Raccoon and Guardians of the Galaxy FCBD issues I picked up digitally, and neither of them are listed for their series first collections. I'm not sure what their relationships were to the main series though, so there could be a reason they weren't collected that doesn't apply to Mirror Broken.

Pretty sure that is meant to be Wesley, his outfit is a dull/darker version of his outfit from TNG.
Pretty sure that is Picard in the Agony Booth, Mirror Geordi has sleeves in the other artwork.
They still haven't added any of the FCBD issues.
Aren't they only free for the day? I mean, it's called "Free Comic Book Day," after all.
My local shop typically has them for free until they run out. But whenever I've got old ones on-line (like, I once tracked down all the Avatar: The Last Airbender FCBD specials), I've had to pay for them. 
Someone's gotta make money off mailing these things to you, and if you want it enough to go on-line for it, why wouldn't you pay $2-3?

FCBD comics are free to the consumer on the day, but they're not free to the retailer. The publishers charge between 25 and 40 cents per copy, depending on a variety of factors, to cover their handling costs. Retailers agree to not charge for the comics on the day; after that, if they want to charge for them and recoup some of their outlay, that's their business.
