I was not aware of this joyful occasion but did have a satisfactory Kronenbourg 1664 earlier today anyway. I will retroactively dedicate it to the cause.

I just found out about it myself. My wife discovered a wine retailer in the town she works in. She's been in the habit of buying bottles from them for family events. We stopped in the other day just for kicks, and little did we know that they carry 125 US craft beers and 25 imports. The shopkeeper, after we bought a dozen different beers to try, told us of this festive day.

The shopkeeper was glad to hear that I'm looking for someone to import and retail the beers of Founder's and Wells & Young, as she too is trying to find a distributor to import. Now that she knows she guaranteed a buyer...

Huh, I didn't know this until now. I did enjoy a bottle of Dos Equis earlier, though, so, like Holdfast, I will make a retroactive donation.

As today is Friday, I will continue my celebration. It may be 10:30 right now, but as my Dad always said, "It's noon somewhere!"
