Employment agencies are good, too. They really pulled my butt out of the fire a few times!

They'll take their 'cut' at first (once you're working), but the savings in time, gas, and plain old searching makes it worth it. I used to scoff at the notion of using one, but when my personal fortunes turned, they were great! Now I recommend them to people I know who've lost jobs. I wish I'd sought them out sooner!

..."listen" to the advice you are getting! . volunteering/employment agencies/philanthropic organizations...all great ideas to get you out and about, and among people...doors WILL open if you let them...there is so much support for you here...imagine how much more there will be "out there"...be Brave...I will tell you something...you have been down this road before and come out better and stronger...yes...do it!

I'm very sorry that you are having such a hard time. I hope you are able to get help from family, friends, or local assistance groups, but unfortunately, threads of this nature have to be closed down. Please don't take this personally, as you did nothing wrong, but it's simply board policy for several reasons which I won't go into here. I wish you the best.
