About doing the right thing, clearly. The only thing he did incorrectly was allowing himself to be stabbed instead of doing the stabbing (it can happen).Good God man!! What were you thinking?!
Jesus Christ.
I doubt you need to be told you are fortunate to be alive!
Get on the mend ASAP. I hope that by being in the UK you aren't held accountable for any medical bills. Believe me, it's added insult to injury otherwise.
I can't even imagine the pain and horror of being stabbed, not just once but 16 times. As a fellow assault victim, I'll keep you in my thoughts and any advice or a listening ear I may be able to give you, I will.
This has not been a good year for BBSers and assault.![]()
Same here.I hope you've been doing better, bears.

So I'm on day two in hospital from being stabbed early on Saturday morning. I've been stabbed 16 times across my body including my neck, chest, head, arms, leg and six times in my back.
I'm going to be in hospital for another couple of days as I've got an infection in the wounds on my neck and ear.
The two people are in custody as my friend identified the one that stabbed me.

I've got some pretty hefty medical bills that make me cringe of the unfairness of it all, but other than that I am literally back on my feet and living on my own again.
Once you're back on your feet, gwud, I'd suggest taking some martial arts lessons if you haven't already. They're certainly empowering both psychologically and physically, and will help ensure that this kind of thing doesn't happen again.
I question, if I may - what did it feel like it be stabbed? I know the sensation must be difficult to articulate without a common frame of reference (I'd have to get stabbed to properly understand what you mean), if you'd be willing to try and if its not too personal or unpleasent I'd appreciate it. Thanks.![]()
